~ubuntu-pe cannot be changed to Open

I have tried changing the team's membership policy to Open, but it says there are private bugs the team is assigned or subscribed to, but there are none. Any idea on what may be causing this? Thanks.

~ubuntu-pe is subscribed to private bug #127924 and bug #128459. You should be able to open the team up once you unsubscribe it from those.

I actually did unsubscribe ~ubuntu-pe from the bugs, and still can't open it up, even after refreshing a couple times. Any idea on what may be causing this?

I unsubscribed the team from the bugs mentioned above, and after doing that I wanted to open up the team, but says 'The team membership policy cannot be open because it is subscribed to or assigned to one or more private bugs.'
