Hi can you please confirm the builds will take 4hrs or less and only be built up to 10 times a week before we enable this for you

One build about 30-40 minutes:

The stable PPA is updated every few months if all is good (maybe some bug fixes). The pre-releases PPA may be updated a little more often, but not nearly 10 times a week.

ARM has been enabled on both of those PPAs as requested.
