Please convert project consort-desktop to a project group

Hello

I've created a https://launchpad.net/consort-desktop project, being unaware that creating project group is impossible by regular users. So here I'm asking to convert this project to a project group to make https://launchpad.net/athena-file-manager and other related projects part of it.
