Email from <email address hidden> have stopped coming

Hi,

I've noticed that my last email from <email address hidden> dates from the 9th January i.e., none sine then (on a very busy list). Several of my colleagues at Hewlett-Packard have noticed this as well.

I'm told by HP Corporate IT that launchpad.net is not on their blacklist. So they would like to know if you have been receiving bounce backs from attempted sends.

My email address is <email address hidden>. If you have an example of a bounce-back, can you send it to me?

From yesterday's logs: "SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<email address hidden>: host smtp.hp.com [15.192.0.85]: 550 5.3.2 Service currently unavailable"
Today we're getting a mixture. Some are accepted, some rejected.

Can you help with this problem?
