Add submit bug on search bugs page

When I want to submit a bug I first do a search on the bug search page. There is no way, as far as I can see, to go direct to the bug submit page from the page with the search results. Or am I missing something?

This is correct. You would need to click on the "Bugs" link in the tabs above the search results and then the "Report a Bug" link on that page.
