register branch

1. I tried to register a brach, I entered the name for the project. When I clicked the submit button, the page asked for a brach to add the project to. What's the use calling the page 'register brach' if it asks for a brachname to be added to. A better description would be 'register project'.

2. Another question of mine is weither Lauchpad itself is translated since I an't find a link anywhere. I fit isn't translated I'm willing to help in every way I can.

Re question (1): Launchpad uses projects as a way of categorising branches. You can register a new project at http://launchpad.net/projects/+new. You can also leave the project name for the branch blank if you don't want to categorise the branch. Whether the branch is associated with a project or not, it still needs a name.

Re question (2): Launchpad is not itself translatable. We'll probably make some of Launchpad translatable in future (e.g. the answer tracker), but that has not yet been done.
