Delete the "ubuntu-fr" project

Dear launchpad contact,

Last year, one of the ubuntu-fr locoteam members created in the rush the project ubuntu-fr (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-fr) without taking the time to ask to the other members, and without following our internal naming conventions for projects on launchpad. He already created a new project and moved everything to it (always in the rush).

To correct that first mistake, can you please delete this "ubuntu-fr" project ( https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-fr ) for us?
