Localization of Launchpad Website

The Launchpad website does not have other language versions. I tried to go to https://translations.launchpad.net/launchpad and thought I can help translate it into my native language, but Launchpad doesn't even registered itself to translate. Why doesn't Launchpad website support localization of itself?

Hi, Launchpad isn't set up for localisation and there isn't any plans in the current roadmap to change this.

I'd like to contribute in making this happen.
If this gets enabled I know more people that would consider making the jump from Windows to Linux and Ubuntu.
I mean........
Yeah, I agree that there are people that doesn't want to report bugs or asking for enhancements, but because you translate apport to other languages I feel that if you've done A, you have to do B as well.

Am I making sense?
