i cannot sign in the conduct code..

i cannot sign in the conduct code, because i don't found the soft to generate pass and keys. where is it?

I think this might solve it. This was my problem "In Ubuntu 10.10 and later versions, it is located at System > Preferences > Passwords and Encryption Keys". I have xubuntu 12.04, but i search in all computer and the route here showed, doesn't appear anything. I would try to use "Creating your OpenPGP keys with gpg
Step 1: Open a terminal and type: gpg --gen-key". This will install/ start the "Passwords and Encryption Keys", right?. Forgive me if i make so many questions, i'm a newbie, twelve years of windows, three months with xubuntu. Thanks Curtis.
