Unable to upgrade a branch to format 2a

My branch is lp:~mzibricky/openlp/openlyrics_tests with format 1.6.1-rich-root
It is stacked on lp:openlp which has been upgraded to format 2a.

I do not have any local copy.

When trying to browse the code online (https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mzibricky/openlp/openlyrics_tests/files) I get error

I tried the upgrade button but it didn't work. I received email with message

Is there any way to recover the branch or data at least?

I've pushed a fixed copy to lp:~wgrant/openlp/openlyrics_test

I've pushed a branch from the recovered one. Thanks for the recovery.
