Enable armhf for dev ports and ports-dev ppa's

Hey, I just start to play with some addons for AllWinner A10 boards (armhf) and would like to have arm enable for some of my PPA's.

This is the list of ppa's I want use armhf:

   ppa:ecanuto/dev
   ppa:ecanuto/ports
   ppa:ecanuto/ports-dev
