Please remove two Freevial branches

Please remove the branches ~freevial/freevial/dbman-website-ca (there's not much and it'll be deprecated soon) and ~freevial/freevial/freevial-utils (is now in trunk, and will have to be rewritten soon anyway).

Are you unable to delete these branches yourself? There should be a "Delete branch" item in the actions menu for the branch.

You will need to get rid of any bug<->branch links beforehand, and the branch can't be associated with any project release series.
