Newbie makefile build download

I couldn't find any help screens to solve this problem.

I want to download the package
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~tb6517/remastersys/remastersys/files/head:/remastersys-gui-i386/

I have installed bzr
but I don't know how to make up files (makefile?)

And the page has no instructions for how to get the package? packages? with bzr

I think launchpad should have a Dummy Newbie page which assumes you know NOTHING about linux

Compile instructions are usually in the INSTALL and README file,...
but did you read http://www.remastersys.com/ubuntu.html ?
