Deleted packages still count on PPA usage

Launchpad reports that my PPA [1] is 99+ % full, while it should be less than 30%.
I guess this is due to keeping old deleted/superseded files.

Hi I've increased your ppa size, the bug that was causing the issue has now been fixed so this should be all back to normal over the coming few hours.
