System Trace Macrocell driver

Hi,

I wanted to develop a driver for stm and I didn't find it in the kernel code.
So after searching that I seen the Linearo,ST-E, TI and ARM developing it.
I have several questions
Can I participate on this driver development?
Where can I get any information on the current status?
Can I get access to the current code?
