Our mythbuntu PPA's still can't build

We keep getting messages that the PPAs are over quota. It looks like a ton of binary packages that aren't removed and we can't remove ourselves.

Originally we were pointed at bug 1071562 but that's fixed now and it's still happening.

The bug is fixed, but the fallout is not repaired yet. I've increased the quota on those PPAs.
