PPA is full after deleting packages

I deleted most of the binary packages to free up space, but even after couple of days it shows 100% used. Those packages are still there and their status is "deleted". How can I permanently delete those to free up some space?

hi I've increased the ppa as we currently have a bug open on ppas running out of space which should be fixed this week.
