A new OAuth token consumer was enabled in Launchpad.

I received a mail informing me

A new OAuth token consumer was enabled in Launchpad.

If you did not make this change, please open a new Question on Launchpad <https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+addquestion> or visit #launchpad in IRC at freenode to alert staff of the issue.

however

https://launchpad.net/~jjohansen/+oauth-tokens

does not list any new tokens, nor did I do anything that should have triggered a new authorization, at least for several hours (8+) before this mail was received. I did file a bug about 16 hours before this mail was received that asked for authorization, so I assume that is the source of this but why would this mail come so many hours after the request?
