can't download tesseract 3

When I clicked on a link I thought would download the package I got an error message which said to ask a question and past this error ID OOPS-7e9d65978dbd00d9dcd770351a223d4c in your message.

All I want is to get tesseract 3 running on L(ubuntu) 11.10
Linux version 3.0.0-22-generic-pa

When I tried from the terminal I did this and it also failed:

please contact the team/owner of the ppa and see if there are any issues with the ppa.
