Please delete the team intel-hardware-certification

Hi folks, I would appreciate if someone could delete the team called "intel-hardware-certification":

First, the team was never really used. There is no code, no blueprints, no translations and no answers. And, the bugs to which the group was once subscribed were a case of mistaken identity.

Second, the owner of the team, Rolla Selbak, doesn't even work for Intel anymore as far as I know. I checked with Chris Van Hoof and he never really used the team either.

So, this team should be deleted to avoid further confusion. Thanks!
