AGAIN: can't submit bug report
Laura, acting on your information that launchpad has no key for me, I have re-registered my openpgp key again at launchpad. Success! (Again!) But I still can't post a bug report.
I'm not a stupid as Launchpad is making me feel these days.

Your set up is still broken, this may be because you removed your keys and possbly changed your client,
This has happened others, https:/
A common cause of this (also seen in signing the CoC) is that the part after
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-----
Gets wrapped o r lost characters. It could be a copy+paste error of his client wrapped the message before sending it. bad copy or bad correction of a wrap will loose characters. email clients are often the problem
Can you help with this problem?
Provide an answer of your own, or ask Steve Newcomb for more information if necessary.
