Merge/delete account? (no old account access)

I have an old account registered to <email address hidden> (~inotnoob) that I'd like merged into my new account registered to <email address hidden> (~ciaran-termz). I no longer have access to the old .co.cc address.

The old account was registered 2009-08-24 to the address <email address hidden>
