Please delete checkbox-core project and checkbox-core-team team

Hi folks,

The checkbox-core project and the corresponding checkbox-core-team team are no longer used. I checked with the owner of the team, cgregan, and he agrees that both should be deleted.

This request will make it less confusing for people interested in checkbox when searching Launchpad. Thanks!

All bugs and branches related to the checkbox-core project can be deleted too.
