new URL: http://svn.code.sf.net/p/lives/code/trunk

Looking at the revisions on SF below
 svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/lives/code/trunk - Checked out revision 1579
 svn checkout http://lives.svn.sf.net/svnroot/lives/trunk - Checked out revision 1581.

I think you'll have to set it up as a new branch to import https://code.launchpad.net/lives/+new-import with the updated URL
