http://bzr.squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/trunk failing to mirror

https://code.launchpad.net/~squid/squid/3-trunk which is mirrored from bzr.squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/trunk claims it is suffering a 403, but as far as we can tell it should be ok:
bzr log http://bzr.squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/trunk
works fine.

Retrying shows no traffic att all in the logs on our server (bzr.squid-cache.org). Only visible effect is that the failure count increases in launchpad.

And yes. manual accesses to http://bzr.squid-cache.org/ do show up in the server logs. But absolutely no accesses by launchpad.
