Transport error: Server refuses to fulfill the request (403 Forbidden

and
https://code.launchpad.net/~0x2620/oxjs/oxjs

are not updated anymore due to an error:
 Transport error: Server refuses to fulfill the request (403 Forbidden

the server (http://code.0x2620.org/) is accassible from other locations, from the logs i can not see any attempt from launchpad to connect to code.0x2620.org.

is this an issue in launchpad? if not can you provide more information of what fails?
