Problem with Account (Similar to Bug 881019)

Asked by Peter Pouliot on 2012-09-13

My Launchpad account has previously been merged from two accounts and
due to bug 881019 the wrong OpenID is being passed to third party
systems. The OpenID that is listed on my Launchpad home page is:

However the one that is being passed when I authenticate is:

Would you please delete that OpenID so that only the one correctly
listed on my home page is passed?

Thank you

I am showing both openid identifiers on your LP home page

OpenID Identifiers:

Email Addresses: <email address hidden>
<email address hidden>
<email address hidden>

In our SSO DB
KPzE6Ws <email address hidden>
nnQBkTN <email address hidden>

I just want to confirm which email address you are using to log in before I delete anything. I suspect we may have this reversed and KPzE6Ws needs to be removed.

Thanks for addressing my issue.

Those are the two accounts I originally merged.

The KPzE6Ws <email address hidden> should have the <email address hidden> email address. The address was removed some time ago.

nnQBkTN <email address hidden> should be deleted.

Any movement on this issue?

Peter, nnQBkTN has been deleted. You will need to log out of and back in to setup the correct openid identifier there.
