How can I reject a blueprint?

If a blueprint is filed against a project and the blueprint is out of the scope of the project, how can the maintainer reject that blueprint? I haven't found any possible solution.

Blueprints do not have a "Rejected" status. The design is somewhat contradictory in that blueprints are imagined to be created by informed community members. Common practice is to set the blueprint's definition to "Obsolete" which will remove it from the default listings and search.
