Unable to set the link to the Launchpad bug on the remote server

There's a warning sign beside the link to kde-bugs #251479, which, upon clicking, informed me that: "Unable to set the link to the Launchpad bug on the remote server" and also advised me to "Contact us and let us know about the problem. "

Clicking "Contact us" didn't really work out for me, but then typing in the address https://bugs.launchpad.net/support manually brought me to the Launcpad Answers section.

Also, Question #200721 is similar, but it's related to freedesktop.org 's Bugzilla and maybe it's a different issue.
