Why can't I see the Brad's Roadmap, when it it listed as a public example?

In the help page about Personal Spaces (https://help.launchpad.net/PersonalSpecPages) and example is given "Brad's Roadmap.

But that page is not accessible, because I do not have the permissions and results in error:

error ID OOPS-8441e1691bb680673699e60e89aa0c4b in your message.

Why make something a public example when it is not accessible?

Someone removed the PersonalSpecPages page from the wiki and placed a redirect to a non-existent page. The +roadmap page what is pointed to in https://launchpad.net/~bradb/+roadmap was removed from Launchpad a very long time ago.

Users do not have personal blueprints. The blueprints page for a user provides links to the blueprints that the user is working on.

Can you help with this problem?
