Bug #993265 "Running certain programs under Wine breaks window decorations for all applications, even those that are not Wine."

Ubuntu 12.04 latest release with all updates 15 August 2012.

Is this bug any close to being fixed? with Irfanview 4.33 running under wine 1.5 or 1.5. try the following:

1. open a jpeg image in ifranview.
2. resize that image using irfanview.
3. save resized image as a jpeg to the desktop.

window decorations will disappear.

this does not seem to happing if the image is a different format. i.e. png file.

we have no control over when a bug will be fixed you'll need to comment on the bug itself.
