account merging is broken, requesting a manual merge

I am trying to merge the automatically generated account "1-development-0" into my account "crass" so that I down the email associated with it. The online merge process fails and I was instructed to ask here for them to be manually merged. I do have access to the email account (<email address hidden>) if a confirmation email need be sent.
