Use an already registered lp name

Hello folks,

There's an account registered here : launchpad.net/~pedro/ but it seems that is not being used, can it be dropped so i can use it? It would make a lot of people in ubuntu happy (so my email address is <email address hidden>, easy to spell!)

As the account has never been used, renamed to ~olpedro and handed ~pedro to you.
