Unlinking the wrong upstream projects

Asked by Bob Bib

Sometimes package pages have wrong upstream connections, e. g.: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tweak

It seems I don't have the necessary permissions to unlink these wrong upstream projects:
1) I don't see any "unlink" hyperlinks / buttons on package pages;
2) registering a correct upstream project results in permissions error;
3) when I click on an 'Unlink' button on a page like that (I've found a sample URL somewhere):
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+source/tweak/+remove-packaging
I get only a "Forbidden / Not allowed here" error page.

Should I report the wrong upstream connections as bugs:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tweak/+bug/981147
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/testdisk/+bug/991115
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/aircrack-ng/+bug/995134
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rar/+bug/1028904

OR maybe it's better to report it just like questions (like this one)?

The bad links are not in the code. This issue is not a bug in either Ubuntu's code or Launchpad's. Questions to the /launchpad will suffice for the time being because...

There is a bug in Launchpad. Launchpad is showing you the link because it knows you should be permitted to fix the link, but there is a rule from Launchpad translations denying access when you try to fix the data. I reported this as bug 1033523.

I removed the links from the 4 packages and registered the correct projects to discourage people from repeating the mistake.
