The ursadev team does not maintain any projects to place in a project group. The team must maintainer at least two projects so that they can use the project's "Change details" link to set the "Part of" field to the new project group. Do you need to register the two projects?

Your project group is located at https://launchpad.net/ursa . You can add projects to your project group by visiting each project, choose Change details, set the "Part of" field to "ursa", and then save.
