Turn a user with PPA's into a team

I created a user named cisco-openstack-mirror and some PPA's under this user. I've since realised that it would be loads easier if I had created it as a team instead.

Would it be possible to turn this user into a team without losing the PPA's PGP key id which seems to already be in use by a few people?
