Are sprints per-project or systemwide?

I am trying to create a meeting for a small, locally-based(for now) and am unsure whether sprints(meetings) are per-project or are created system-wide.

They are system wide. The intent is that several teams can collaborate on several projects. Any project can register one and just use it for themselves.
