Attempt to reconfigure bug tracker causes 404 on Opera

Hello. I am trying to reconfigure my bug tracker at https://bugs.launchpad.net/stackfail/+configure-bugtracker and it 404's to https://bugs.launchpad.net/stackfail/null with Opera browser. I have changed the contents of the two large textareas.

My OOPS ID is OOPS-4f1b0adf4dabaf68547558a3daf08e52

When I check in that the changes have occured, they do indeed occur before 404'ing, so feel free to mark as a bug if necessary.

It also does not 404 in Firefox, but the problem continues in Opera.
