Please, swap the https://launchpad.net/python-virtkey and urls

Hi,

You might probably know that virtkey is a python extension that is used by the onscreen keyboard, named Onboard, shipping by default with Ubuntu. As we are porting Onboard to python3, we had to enhance virtkey in order to be able to create the python-virtkey and python3-virtkey debian packages. Thus, we plan to name the upstream source tarball, that is hosted on launchpad, "virtkey" instead of "python-virtkey".

Currently, there are two urls available for virtkey:
- https://launchpad.net/python-virtkey : this points to the upstream pages where the source code is hosted
- https://launchpad.net/virtkey : this is an alias pointing to https://launchpad.net/python-virtkey

Could you please swap the urls so that:
- https://launchpad.net/virtkey is the url used for the upstream pages
- https://launchpad.net/python-virtkey is the alias pointing to https://launchpad.net/virtkey
