Delete ppa

Please remove this ppa,
https://launchpad.net/~mscho527/+archive/csia-essentials
since I've just brainstormed to create something and did nothing.
There is no need for it to remain with words 'deleted'.

Also, in future, if there is nothing at PPA, how about allowing the creator to really make the ppa disappear?
(Not remaining saying 'it is deleted'?)
I believe there are several testing ppas or non-used ppas thrown away like that

Hi, that's not possible at present and it will remain saying deleted.

Could there be a new Launchpad spec for that?
