h.l.n/Packaging/BuildScores needs update

Recently a change was made in buildscoring to consider packageset for Ubuntu builds and it's not mentioned on https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/BuildScores. For packagesets that are used to build ISO images, and extra 50 points are given. The page should be updated. cjwatson did the change if you need more details.

This page was generally somewhat out of date and missing several details. I've given it a general going over, and I believe it's now an accurate reflection of the code.
