Add elementary Translators to the translators team

This is the elementary-translators team. We have decided to use it to handle our translations. However, we can't use it on the configure-translations page to assign it to translate our applications.

Can you make it so that it appears there as one of the options?

I think this question has been superseded by the one at https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/196375

What's being asked for here is a translation group, not a translation team. The two are different things, so trying to set a translation team as a translation group just won't work.
