Please add plural forms of Oromo Language.

As lauchpad need the plural for of a language to translate, i am providing the needed expressions. Can you please add it to the 'Ubuntu translation of Oromo Language'?
1) A number that denotes how many plural forms the language uses => 2.
2) A logical expression (C style) that calculates which plural form is used for which number of items (n) => n!=1
