not able to merge davidagraf and david-graf

Hello

I am trying to merge the david-graf account with my account (davidagraf). Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work. Launchpad is telling the following:

An email message was sent to david.graf@28sec.com. Please follow the instructions on that message to complete the merge.

Unfortunately, I never receive an email at david.graf@28msec.com. Can you please help me? Am I doing something wrong?

Can you please merge the accounts so that david.graf@28msec.com is the login for the user.

Hi I've spoken to a sys admin who can see that mails were sent , there's lots of failures for david.graf@28sec.com (note the lack of "m"). There's also a few successes for david.graf@28msec.com so the mails have been sent.

Ah, sorry. My fault.

But now, I still have the problem of not being able to merge the accounts. Actually, deleting the account david-graf would also be nice. Can you help me doing this?
