"Lost Something" appears EVERY time I'm searching for a bug, except when using the search field on the start page.

Hey,
I get the "Lost Something?" error page every time I'm using the small search field right above the list of bugs. I can only use the search field on the start page bugs.launchpad.net. So when I want to refine my search I ALWAYS have to go back to that page. This is extremely annoying and seriously hinders my work flow!
On the error page it gives me IDs like this one: OOPS-de9d5da1bcf4190e12789488a6220b01
