Please remove some packages from the OpenSG ppa

I'm the team owner of the OpenSG ppa (can be checked here https://launchpad.net/~opensg ) the package removals are outlined below:

Please remove the following from the OpenSG ppa

* opensg-cvs - *
* opensg-dev - *

Please remove the following from the published archive of the OpenSG ppa

* http://ppa.launchpad.net/opensg/ubuntu/pool/main/o/opensg-dev/
* http://ppa.launchpad.net/opensg/ubuntu/pool/main/o/opensg-cvs/
* http://ppa.launchpad.net/opensg/ubuntu/pool/universe/o/opensg-dev/
* http://ppa.launchpad.net/opensg/ubuntu/pool/universe/o/opensg-cvs/
