This is an automatic crash report bug. We restrict them to a relatively small number of people by default, since they can potentially contain secrets like passwords.

I checked this particular one and removed the restriction.

I can not access https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/191889, and I wrote a bug in that bug number. Please give users that wrote bugs in that thread access to the thread!
