Raise PPA size of 0.26 PPA to 4GB

Hi,

The mythbuntu team has PPA's for daily builds of different mythtv versions. As a new unstable version, 0.26 has been created we made a new PPA for it that kicks off daily builds for a variety of ubuntu versions.

We keep receiving messages from our autobuild source bot that it's filling up every other day or so (as old packages don't expire quick enough). Can you please bump it up to 4GB (like the 0.25 and 0.24 PPA's)?
