Branch mirroring for lp:nvda disabled

For the branch lp:nvda (mirror of http://bzr.nvaccess.org/nvda/main), Launchpad is showing "Next mirror: Disabled" (https://code.launchpad.net/~nvda-core-dev/nvda/main).

I've tried changing the source URL, but with no effect. I've found several other resolved questions like this, but I'm assuming there's nothing I can do myself from the Launchpad interface to rectify this. Could someone please re-eanble mirroring or provide some instructions as to how I can do this myself? Thanks!
