Ubuntu-PE (~ubuntu-pe) Ownership Change

The Ubuntu-PE LoCo has changed their Council. Gonzalo Campos Medina used to be part of it, but he stepped down by his own (check email here http://paste.ubuntu.com/927099/). He has been inactive in the project for about four years, and said that he did not have time for the project, and he was no longer interested about working on it, as you can see in the email. Now, I am replacing him. The problem is that in our Launchpad team, he is registered as the team owner. We have tried to contact him unsuccessfully. We need the ownership of the team to be transferred from ~gcamposm to ~joseeantonior, so we can manage the team. I will be the team contact from now on. We will be also opening that team, since it is moderated, and creating another subteam for people who are willing to obtain official Ubuntu-PE Membership. I hope you can help us with this issue we are having. We appreciate your help.
